Psoriasis / Psoriatic Arthritis

Topical: Benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin, sodium hypochlorite (e.g., CLn Skin Care products)
Oral: Doxycycline, minocycline, clindamycin, spironolactone, oral contraceptive pills, metformin, isotretinoin, methotrexate, cyclosporine
Biologic Therapies: Humira (adalimumab), Cosentyx (secukinumab), Bimzelx (bimekizumab-bkzx)
Surgical Interventions: De-roofing procedures or referrals for general surgery when necessary
